Defense character-evidence instruction with additions from the Sands instruction

The court accepted a separate instruction addressing reputation evidence for peacefulness and nonviolence, adding language that such testimony was not an opinion on guilt and that guilt was for the jury alone to decide. Dratel objected to the added language.
