Guidelines for Evidence Collection and Archiving issued in 2002

Counsel asked Beeson about the 2002 guidelines and a passage warning against programs that modify file access times. Beeson said he was not specifically familiar with the guidelines and did not know whether the archiving command had changed access times in this case.
